This 5 week session includes:
Week 1: Prep week. Week 1 will be the week that you familiarize yourself with what the program will entail, learning your macros, MyFitness Pal app, making sure all your ducks are in a row and you are ready to rock week 2-5.
Custom macros ($150 value).
Weekly recorded coaching calls.
Weekly check ins via email.
Group chat and accountability.
Daily habit tracker.
Weekly workout plan / daily step goal specific to YOU and your goals.
Reverse macros provided at end of session.
